public class ADNToLocalizedFormatConverter
extends java.lang.Object
implements XMLFormatConverter

Converts from ADN format to a localized ADN format, which contains no namespace declarations. Localized XML may be accessed using XPath notation without the local-name() function, making it easier to use.
